Our Parish Center is located on the grounds of St James Chapel. In addition to a beautiful venue to host Parish events, it is also available for parishioners and the general public to hold private events.
 

Reserving St Mary’s/St James Parish Center

To secure the use of the Parish Center please do the following:

1. Contact Patricia Bam at 401-364-7214 or [email protected] and confirm the date and time that you want is available.
2. Complete the Application for Facility Use and Facility Use/Indemnify Form and return it as soon as possible to Trisha so you can secure the date.
3. Trisha will contact you to review the forms and rental fee and discuss the need to provide a Certificate of Insurance.  A COI or event insurance can usually be obtained from your insurance agent.

You can also obtain  Event Insurance from Catholic Mutual. 
The application for Catholic Mutual can be found here. 
 Catholic Mutual requests the applicatioin form and fee to be submitted 2 weeks prior to
 the date of your event.
