Confirmation Candidate and Parent Information 2023-2024
Please read and sign the Commitment Letter. (You can find the Commitment Letter here) All candidates and parent (s) will be expected to sign and follow through with the expectations and demands of our program.
Please also review and complete the Sponsor Form. (You can find the Sponsor Form here) It is important that we include your sponsor in the program from the beginning.
Parents and sponsors should follow their candidates progress through their preperation in order to be able to support their candidate. Teachers will email the work done in class and and will communicate what needs to be done at home for "soul work". This is a family decision and should be entered into thoughtfully.
Please return the signed Commitment Letter and the completed Sponsor Form no later than the first class in September.
